What I can see with this specific page :

With IE6 : print.css works well (eg header and left-hand column are removed), 
except that the text in the <pre> section is a bit too wide for the page.

With Firefox 2.0.0.11 : it tries to put the whole text onto a single page 
(perhaps because the text resides in a table cell and it probably does not want 
to split a cell on multiple pages), and the text in the <pre> section is still 
cut, despite the "shrink to fit page width" option. Interestingly, deselecting 
that option makes the text smaller and thus fit inside the width of the page. 
But there is still the table cell issue though.
