With IE6 : print.css works well (eg header and left-hand column are removed), except that the text in the <pre> section is a bit too wide for the page. With Firefox 2.0.0.11 : it tries to put the whole text onto a single page (perhaps because the text resides in a table cell and it probably does not want to split a cell on multiple pages), and the text in the <pre> section is still cut, despite the "shrink to fit page width" option. Interestingly, deselecting that option makes the text smaller and thus fit inside the width of the page.
