Since Steve Lau left the only person working on OpenGrok for os.org is Trond Norbye and he's doing what he can in his spare time. I know he is working on getting some Subversion fixes in and deploying a new release, but he has pretty limited cycles. Feel free to ping him on opengrok-discuss and see if he needs help.
