The committee was set up to approve proposed changes put forth
by others, not go out and find changes to make.
If the areas you've found to update are in the common areas of
the site, then website-discuss is the place to discuss them -
if they're in one of the /community/ or /project/ areas, then
suggest them to the community or project mailing list.
