It deletes it right away, it's just that the actual page content and attachment may be cached by the app. I do not see any files there right now. What is the file name? If you upload a new file it should be replacing it correctly in the database and should show up within a few minutes. You can also dump your system cache to make sure it's not the browser bringing you the old page.
