The proposal looks good. I have one question about the mailing lists and potential projects. The proposal talks about replacing the website-content list with a website-editorial list, implying that the Website Editorial project is pretty firm. It makes sense for the project to be firm, but what about the Infrastructure and Operations projects? How firm are they? And for Operations, will the existing tonic-ops mailing list need to move to opensolaris.org? We sometimes discuss things that are confidential (e.g., there is some spillover between OpenSolaris operations and other operations work that happens inside Sun).
