There is a long-standing bug in the MIME type information for bzip2 
files that meant  downloading them resulted in a screenfull of gibberish 
rather than a file download.  However my attempt to fix the mime type 
seems to have made things worse, not better.  I'll go into the database 
and fix it manually.
