It's, um, different... But it does capture some of the things that I think we need to do. It's cleaner, more focussed, and doesn't have pages of stuff below the fold that nobody will every get to. I agree with most of Dan's comments. There are a couple of things that look wrong to me. The top nav (codereview...planet) doesn't look right. And it mean that you have 3 navigational areas (top nav; icon bar; left nav). Then the page looks unbalanced, with the left nav looking short and with wasted space under it.
