Hi, Sorry to be a pain, but I was confused when I saw "Recognizing OpenSolaris Groups and Projects" because I first thought this was something different that was about community groups and projects on the site.
FWIW, I liked Jim's suggestion of just "OpenSolaris User Groups". And I would remove 'Recognizing' as "Feature Spot" seems to indicate that the item here is being recognized and highlighted.
