Unfortunately with Jive forums syncing with mailman issue we are at the mercy of the Jive forum software vendor. They know about the problem and our working on it. In the meantime if you notice a forum that is seriously out of date let us know and we'll try to manually kick off an import. Jive is on the list to be replaced at some point.
