Have you ever used cr.opensolaris.org sucessfully before?
Essentially: if you can't do 'ssh poll.opensolaris.org' and get
back a response from the vote recorder program, then the problem is on
your end. Either it's your SSH config, or it is a problem with your
key. Keep in mind that if you update your key, it can take a half
hour or so to propagate.
