I pinged people about this on the 25th, and was told they were having trouble and were working on it. As you say, however, it's not yet fixed. The subscription list is (was?) auto-generated from the grants db, and seemingly doesn't pay much attention to expiry (or not automatically, or something...) so the first set of expirations horked it.
