After the tinfoil-hat excitement over my wanting to remove the domain- wide wildcards and the mere suggestion of ownership change so that ops would control the finer points of configuration of the lists, since they seem to be often mis-configured, and the list moderators just simply moderate I won't change the current values unless the owners or someone higher up the foodchain asks me to.
