The roles were exactly as described in the the new constitution.
And for the bits not described in the new constitution? When we wrote
the new constitution we defined roles like who got to vote in OGB
elections, but not who could edit which pages on the website, since
those were decisions to be left to each community group and project,
not something we wanted to or needed to codify in a static, global,
difficult-to-change constitution.
