Hi Mike,
Thanks for your continued testing. My replies inline.

Oy, sorry you had this experience, I've been through this particular
loop and it is not fun.
First concern: there are some things (like anchored links) that don't
appear to be possible using the WYSIWYG editor. So I'd really like a
way to get to XWiki markup.
So, try these steps for now, Chris will help us further and confirm what
we should do:
Go back to the /bin/view of the page you want to edit.
Click the Edit button in the top navigation bar.
On the right navigation of the edit page, select XWiki1.0 in the Page
Syntax menu.
Click the Wiki tab on the content pane.
You should see the wiki markup for your page. I'm able to do this
successfully for The Source Tree, part 2 chapter, let me know how it
goes for the other pages. Feel free to call me if this makes no sense.
Second concern (a nit): once I've gotten this error, clicking "Cancel"
doesn't work. I end up back at the WYSIWYG editor, with the same
"Exception while parsing HTML" message as before.
I can reproduce this also, will put it on the list to check for XWiki
bugs to file.
Thanks,
Michelle
