Yes it's down and it will remain down until I can get the latest
version of apache installed as there is a DoS for /every/ 2.x version
of apache that basically leaves the box unresponsive. Mail is
functional, apache is not.
If you have an apache install that is less than 2.13, you might
consider getting the lastest version.
