You'll want to have a domain whitelist that we can maintain, since links to places like genunix are worth having.
The TLDs are so saturated with squatters that anything even remotely sensible has likely been taken, e.g. out of a full range of ideas I had, only one came up free... chopchop.me.
You'd be surprised - I was able to grab owf.me for the Open Web Foundation recently.
