Quick updates below.
I haven't hide time to investigate which are migration issues, and which
are bad HTML or whatever, but most of the Xen docs pages are still very
broken:

- totally mangled code
I believe the issue with this page is that you have <pre> tags, <tt>
tags and <code> tags all in the same line, which is not necessary
(although it is valid) and seems to be breaking in the transition. I
created a cleaned up page using just <pre> tags to see how that comes
across.
I'll see how that comes over in the next conversion.

This appears to be bug in the script. I will verify and submit a bug

I'm not seeing the issue on this one. Both pages look correct. Can you
be a little more specific to the issue you are seeing?

- TML is being dumped literally
This is bug seems to be related to the use of the <code> tag followed
by the <pre> tag.
I have filed a bug for this one (ID: 11608)
This has been fixed.
