Hi Ahmed,

I had ordered the FreeCD (2009.06) thinking that it would save me considerable download time (I am in Pakistan).

I had previously received the starter kit and was able to encourage quite a few folks to try it (faculty and fellow student developers at an educational institution)

However, this time the disc came in a thin package and could not survive the trip ... it broke in pieces. Obviously it costs you to send the disc and if it breaks, it hurts the project!

Fortunately, I can now use my 1 Mbps connection and download in a couple of hours ... but broadband adoption is slow here!

Whether or not you should be willing to send discs worldwide for free is upto you, but, if you do send these across countries, please ensure a bubble wrap atleast!

Sorry you received a broken CD - unfortunately that's the way a small percentage of them go. The price of the CD allows us to send many more of them around the world, and fortunately most of them get through intact. I'll contact our provider and get them to send through another one to you, and hopefully it gets there ok.

Kind regards,

Glynn
