Is there a known outage with http://hg.opensolaris.org? I am able to access the repository over ssh but not over http. I was able to access the repositories via http before and we have links on our project page that direct users to the repo via http. For example here is a link on our project page to one of our repos: http://hg.opensolaris.org/sc/src/rbridges/rbridges-quagga/ If this is known outage or if the http access is no longer available please let us know.
