The highway was built for cars to drive on - the entire idea, project,
and vision. But when my car breaks down I don't complain to the
government department of transportation - if the road is damaged so
no cars can drive, they need to fix it, but they're the wrong people
to fix my car's engine, and especially the wrong people to complain
to when someone simply decides to no longer drive their car on that
highway.
