Ok, there is a path-filter module that allows URLs like "internal:node/<id>". Now how would you tell the actual users how to insert those links? Visit the demo, and then please provide easy to understand instructions that editors who don't want to know details of the underlying system how to do it. Again to stress it: The demo needs to be usable.
