Yes, whereas only libreoffice.og will be covered by the CMS, the documentfoundation.org site will stay as is. www.libreoffice.org will be basic information <languagecode>.libreoffice.org will be corresponding-lang team's realm subproject.libreoffice.org will be the subproject's teams site. What projects will be created depends on the demand of course. And wrt what ends up on the site, I refer to the URLs I posted/have been mentioned in the other reply by Carlos already.
