Besides some severe style flaws it again lacks of a convenient
possibility for finding the adequate download packages e.g.
deb-Files or language packs.
Don't know about the reason, but, as name suggests,
www.test.libreoffice.org is not really the production server yet, so
convenience is not really the issue here.

We were told to prepare the test.libreoffice.org site for public
release. These changes are really setting us back.
