I've added the quote.
I also pulled the changes from the git repo on the web-server /
web-site and pushed them into the freedesktop repo. I've added a git
commit hook to ensure that we do not commit locally to the website.
Instead we should commit / push to freedesktop & then pull down from
there - so everyone can see the latest state and tweak it that has
access there.
If that leaves anyone without access that needs it, please let me know.
