For what is relevant to this thread, this is incorrect. OOo (OpenOffice.org) will still require a full download to be updated, in version 3.3 too - otherwise the feature would have been included in LibreOffice 3.3 like virtually everything else from OpenOffice.org 3.3. Incremental upgrades are in the proprietary product named "Oracle Open Office", that is the new name of "StarOffice" and is distinct from OpenOffice.org, of course.
