Well - you didn't add the feed, but instead you replaced the existing
feed, in effect changing the feed on the main-frontpage, this probably
wasn't intended, was it?

Yes, you/ivan were hardcoding it in the template...

No, you didn't add it, but you changed the TDF one to the planet feed.

To add another feed configuration, you would have to actually use the
"add" button/control...

Because you didn't select it - the checkbox in front of the entry is
not checked.

Also you removed the twitter configuration. this makes the fix below
harder, as I have to add it back.

The rss and twitter feeds on the page are *not* per-page. This is just
like files in assets, they are available for all "Widget Pages", so
don't just delete entries, but rather /add/ new ones unless you know
that the entry is not used by any other page.

I can fix the twitter issue, in that it will only display if a twitter
entry is selected (note, that the twitter widget configuration is
ignored, as the twitter stuff currently is hardcoded)
