Shouldn't there be some sort of "direct contact" pages, such as Contact? Personally I'd like to see some pages specific to bug reporting (or some link, or an html embedded page), and well as feature requesting pages. Of course by this I mean they should be out in the open, where someone willing to contribute would easily find them. Just my 3 cents.
