No, you were right, someone's been "playing". And there was nothing in the workflow to say who created it, nor any notification from the site when it was published. Yesterday there was a page deletion, too, by Default Admin (Christian, normally), although I couldn't find who had originally created the page. Someone had written an entirely new page in English...? Anyway, I deleted this "phantom" home-2, which only contained default content, so normality has been restored.
