In order to go further with the membership applications, we need to have the TDF site available with a form linked to the mailing list the three of us will use to receive them. Having a form will help to have a well formed and completed application.
So would it be possible to have all this up (it seems so simple ;-)
I'll take care of the content dedicated to the membership application.

Once this done we will need another (private) mailing list to review and work on the applications.
