I wrote to your main email a few days ago. I asked if it wasn't the right
virtue , to forward it to the right one. I think this is the right one. I
tried downloading the pdf file for the User Guide and it came up a blank page
and send it was done on the bottom of the screen. I tried other pdf files and
no problem getting them to download. Am I doing something wrong? I appreciate
any info and help. Thanks.
