1. Can someone create a new user, do *NOT* validate your e-mail address,
and then try
a. to create a new page
b. to edit an existing page
Both should *NOT* work, but maybe there's a bug?
2. Did the amount of spam pages change at all, i.e. at least a bit less?
This will help further investigation.
