Thank you both for your answers. I want to make sure I don't break any policies because of ignorance. ;-) I think the best approach would be to have a blog on wordpress.com that members of the Docs team can post to (I know how to set that up), and have the Docs blog included on the TDF Planet. It's good to know that a dedicated Planet is possible, but I don't think we need one at this time. I'll let you know if/when the blog is set up.
