And it's very bad. Our private mail addresses become public on theses
lists, every body can find them with Google, 123people etc. and we will
all be spammed.
You should change it in the mailing list software configuration.
Now, I want LibreOffice delete my mail address from all the archive pages.

And it's a well advertised "feature":
"Please remember: everything you post to our public mailing lists, including
your e-mail address and any other personal information contained in your
message, will be publicly archived and cannot be deleted. So, please do post
wisely"
