Well, it's probably like the libreoffice site back in January. Yesterday would be fine. Otherwise whenever you feel you could fit it in... Otherwise I'd probably work on it myself next week... :-D (This was just a try in case you had a bit of spare time for the subject.) It's currently a Drupal theme framework called Zen re-hacked. We could either go for an identical look with the libreoffice.org site, or else something a bit different but compliant with the LibO marketing colors/graphic charter...
