I don't really follow your discussion and so I don't know if it is the
problem you have discribed, but if I click on Get-help -> Bug I get a
message (WIN7 HP 64bit IE9.0.8):
"Der Inhalt wurde geblockt, da er nicht mit einem gültigen
Sicherheitszertifikat signiert wurde.
Weitere Informationen erhalten Sie unter "Info zu Zertifikatfehlern" in
der Internet Explorer-Hilfe.
Die Anzeige von Inhalten durch diese Webseite wurde aufgrund
fehlerhafter Sicherheitszertifikate blockiert".
With Chrome 9.0.597:
"Dieser Frame wurde gesperrt, weil er unsicheren Inhalt enthält."
With FF 6.0.2 I don't have a problem.
