I suppose the real question is how long it might take to update the chaching code and if would be that much more work to do this in two steps, would and Alex would be the ones with the knowledge there. But if it's not a lot of extra work and it wouldn't be an expected long delay then I would think a mono-lingual opening day isn't all that large an issue.
