Depends on how you want to archive it. One could move all pages below a 2011 page, or one could make the site conferece2011.libreoffice.org instead. For the first, create a page called 2011 and then drag all pages below that page and you're done, for the latter, change the domainname of the subsite (and create DNS & vhost entries) and you're done.
