We have a problem with the Wiki. The wiki, with https:// prefix don't know if it makes a difference, is loading very slowly. Also, at times it is not loading all of the layout. A screenshot is available here: http://adf.ly/AWgm8
I found the culprit - it seems our CA (certificate authority) has technical issues at the moment. Since most clients verify the validity of the SSL certificates using OCSP, a delay in connecting to the CA's OCSP servers results in a delay connecting to our site.
Sadly, we cannot do anything against that for the moment - it seems that e.g. jabber.org is also affected.
