I've played a bit further with testing audio channels for IRC (e.g.
phone conference rooms the channel users can join if they want).
It is just an experiment from my side to make communication inside the
community even better, but this might be not the preferred way - so
let's just try it.
Every channel supporting that, currently #libreoffice,
#documentfoundation and #tdf-infra, shows the dial-in details in the
topic or the welcome message.
Feel free to use this tool, but don't forget that important decisions
should be taken on the mailing lists or at least communicated there.
