I can understand that feeling, and it may be that it is a bit late to
start an official forum at this point. I get the feeling that many
languages have forums already set up at other places.
For what it's worth we have more than two persons offering to moderate a
Swedish forum.

approach should be with Christian. I share the feeling that the last
time, there has been way too less feedback - and starting that
approach makes only sense, if there are enough volunteers, i.e. at
least two per localized forum.
