Yes, that was me, after I noticed the problem - mysql did run out of
connections and did cause the problems.
Please try again in 10 minutes. In the meantime you can browse to our wiki
<http://wiki.documentfoundation.org> instead.
Turns out that the wiki was actually blocking all the connections...
Should be back to (almost) normal now again.
