This is just a suggestion why not have the first page only, and then a
drop down menu with all the localized donation pages in regards to
credit cards.

We right now have two pages,

available. With one unified form, people can directly donate via
PayPal, or via direct credit card payment. There's a variety of
preselected amounts, or you can choose an individual amount.
Language support is lacking at the moment, so is support for other
currencies than EUR, but we are working on that.
Please also see my other message, about the design of the donation
button, so you get an idea what I have in mind how it should look like
later on.
