If your problem is so serious that you can't submit bugs at all via
<https://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/bug/> you also can use
<https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/BugReport_Details#WWW>, what
contains the help texts you see in the assistant and will help you to
add the correct basics to your report.
