Problem description: We used to have a whiteboard entry "BSA" in all bugs
reported using the Bug Submission Assistant.
This tag has gone, what now causes some problems
it might be more difficult to track BSA function.
BSA adds the "Operating System:" and "Last worked in:", what might be an
appropriate replacement, but currently I do not know how reliable this
characteristic is. Nobody will add a "BSA" whiteboard key word, but "Last
worked in:" also might be used as a free text.
It was more easy to created statistics with that unique tag
