Version info showed that GUI also should work for older LibO Versions (with
installer.exe). I checked that for a 3.3. LibO, and GUI Installer did not offer
an installation file in the folder. So I think Installer can only be used for
later Versions with installer.msi?
I already removed 3.3 compatibility info for GUI Installer 3.0, but general
clarification seems to be required.
