Your subsite is setup, login at https://sid.libreoffice.org/admin/ with subsite admin permissions. Two more roles are available for further team members, publisher and author with more restrictive permissions. You've also got author perms at the main site, so you may browse the backend of the international pages and maybe grab some code here and there. A tiny dropdown on top of the admin panel allows to switch subsites. (Watch the language dropdown at the left column when switching and reset it to yours if necessary.) Tab Files & Images: prepared a folder 'sidama' in Uploads, where you may upload and store files up to 32M (php limit). We will upload bigger stuff for you in case. Brief intros to silverstripe handling are available at the 'Help' tab of the admin-panel and more information about styles, colorbox, photoshuffler at http://website.libreoffice.org. We do not use the built in translation feature of silverstripe (except for the donation pages) so it looks easiest to me just to grab the source code of pages from the main site, translate it and paste it into new pages at your subsite. For most pages the page-type 'Page' will do, others like widget- or download-page are quite self explaining once you know they are there. Page type may also be changed later on. Please stay to the basic structure like the main site to make it easy for visitors. As mentioned above, you may take a closer look at the respective page configurations of the international pages in english. Ask your questions here at the website list, there are always experienced helpers around.
