Given that it's February 10th today, the topic is either a month late, or 11
months early :-)
Proposed Fix:
Change the channel topic to mention the next meeting (which I think will be Feb
20th, per this page: https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/TDF/BoD_Meetings), or
just remove the date-specific reference and say "BoD calls take place every 2nd
Wednesday at 1600 UTC and last for 1 hour."
