I have uploaded a new version:

@Florian : we have included most of your modifications, but we may have
missed some of them. As mentionned in an earlier mail, it would be
better not to add a <base> tag, that would break IE support.
This version should work nicely on smartphones, but there is a problem
when switching back from mobile to desktop format (happens when you
de-maximize, remaximize your window.) Considering this, I'm not sure if
it should be put in production, but wanted to show you that actually,
things are getting better.
