After saving your changes you may preview the page (links at the bottom) before you publish. Brief introductions to Silverstripe handling are available at the 'Help' tab on the admin-panel and some more information at http://website.libreoffice.org. There are more tutorials online in case you're totally unfamiliar with content management systems. Anyways updating the site is a nice way to become familiar, don't be shy to ask the mailing list when questions arise. Tab 'Files & Images': created a folder Uploads/AR for your pictures, files, etc. but you may certainly use images from the other shared folders visible to you too.
