Using somewhere on the DocumentationFoundation wiki to document this
might be friendlier to maintain, and easier to update since you don't
have to guess what it is already documented.
the wiki was the first option we tried out, but several admins were
not overly happy with it, so we moved to RST files. From there, one
can create a wide range of supported formats, so it sounds like a good
choice.
I personally don't mind in what form I receive documentation (although
RST is preferred, of course, since that lowers our amount of work) -
as long as I receive any documentation at all. It was quite shocking
to see how much stuff is running I wasn't even aware of at all...
Perhaps this might be of use?
http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:RstToHtml
Then it could be maintained on the wiki, but in a format amenable to
exporting to RST?
Just a suggestion, thanks for all the hard infrastructure work!
